Weight Loss Tracker & Photos (the “App”, displayed as “Weight Loss” on your iPhone) is published by Antoine Gaia under the AppsHeroes name.

Apple’s standard license agreement

Your use of the App is licensed under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). This page provides app-specific information and does not replace that agreement or limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Personal tracking and general wellness

The App lets you record progress photos, weight entries, daily habits, and self-care reflections, and create recap videos from your records. You are responsible for choosing goals appropriate to your circumstances.

The App is not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not measure body fat from photos, prescribe diets or exercise, or guarantee weight loss or a particular result. Charts and journey projections illustrate the weight goal and timeline you enter. They are not predictions or clinical recommendations. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for questions about your health or changing your weight.

Your photos and entries

You retain your rights to the photos and content you create. Only record or share content you have the right to use. The App does not publish a social feed or upload your journal to an AppsHeroes account. When you export a recap, check its photos, dates, and any weight values before sharing it.

Device storage and deletion

You are responsible for your device and any copies you choose to keep. Local records can be lost if you delete app data, remove the App, lose your device, or experience a storage failure. AppsHeroes does not operate a cloud backup or recovery service for your journal. Deletion in the App does not remove exported files, device backups, or original Apple Health measurements.

Permissions and other services

Some features require camera, notification, Photos, or Apple Health permissions. You can manage access in the App and your device settings. Apple services and destinations you select for sharing are governed by their own terms.

The Privacy Policy explains local storage, optional Health access, sharing, deletion, and support correspondence.
