Terms of use

Her Daily Verse (also branded as “herVerse”, the “App”) is published by Antoine Gaia under the AppsHeroes name. These terms describe the App and its services.

1. License and acceptance

Your use of the App downloaded from the App Store is licensed under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). These app-specific terms supplement that agreement and do not replace it or restrict your mandatory consumer rights. If you do not agree to the applicable terms, do not use the App.

2. Daily faith content

The App offers Bible verses, faith-based affirmations, thematic collections, favorites, visual themes, and optional reminders, with some content or features available through a paid subscription. Content is intended for personal reflection and inspiration. It is not professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice, and does not guarantee any particular outcome.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

The price, subscription duration, included features, and any trial or introductory offer are displayed before you confirm a purchase. Payments are charged to your Apple Account through the App Store.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. If a free or discounted trial is offered, it converts to the price shown at purchase unless canceled before it ends. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of a trial to avoid a charge. You can manage or cancel a subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions; see Apple’s cancellation instructions.

Removing the App does not cancel your subscription. You can restore eligible purchases using the restore option in the App with the Apple Account used to purchase them. Refund requests are handled by Apple, subject to applicable law, through reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Content and permitted use

You may use the App for personal purposes and share content through the sharing features provided. App branding, original text, design, and software belong to their respective rights holders. Scripture translations and third-party materials remain subject to their applicable licenses. Sharing a verse does not transfer ownership or grant a right to commercially redistribute the App’s content.

Do not use the App unlawfully, infringe other people’s rights, or interfere with its operation. The restrictions and exceptions in Apple’s EULA also apply.

5. Your device and records

Personal preferences and favorites are stored on your device. Any personal writing you create remains yours. Local records may be lost when app data is deleted, the App is removed, or your device is lost or damaged. AppsHeroes does not provide an account-based cloud backup for these records. Copies in device backups or files you share are managed separately.

6. Privacy and permissions

Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, subscription processing, analytics, attribution, and your choices. Notification and tracking permissions can be managed in your device settings. Third-party services and sharing destinations have their own terms.

7. Availability and responsibility

We may update content and features as the App evolves. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that all content is error-free. Warranty and liability provisions are governed by Apple’s EULA and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
