These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the NailQuit mobile application ("App"), operated by AppsHeroes, a simplified joint-stock company (SASU) registered in France ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use NailQuit. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

NailQuit is free to download. Certain premium features are available through in-app purchases or subscriptions, processed via Apple's App Store.

Prices are displayed in the App prior to purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
No refund is provided for the unused portion of an active subscription period, except as required by applicable law

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, with reasonable notice.

4. Medical Disclaimer

NailQuit is a general wellness application. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The content in the App — including CBT-inspired techniques, mindfulness exercises, and habit-tracking tools — is intended for informational and self-improvement purposes only. It does not replace professional medical or psychological advice.

If you are experiencing severe anxiety, body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), or any related mental health condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AppsHeroes and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppsHeroes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
